Donations for Prison Courses (North America)
Since prisoners are unable to contribute for the ongoing support of their meditation courses, the VPT accepts donations from any person or organization who wishes to support meditation courses conducted by the Vipassana Prison Trust. Because of cross-border tax and financial limitations, separate accounts for the United States and Canada have been created in order to accept donations to the North American Vipassana Prison Trust. One can donate to either or both countries. Receipts for income tax purposes will be issued to you by your country of residence.
